Each visit is $150 for 60 minutes, including the evaluation and all subsequent visits. At Mobile Milestones, your hour-long treatment sessions with your PT are customized to the individualized needs and goals. Our decision to remain out-of-network with insurance companies allows us the freedom to operate in such a unique model of care and to devote . We will work with you, providing a "Superbill" for out of network benefits submission so that you can file this payment with your insurance company and expect reimbursement if appropriate. We encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider prior to initiating services to ensure that superbills are accepted for reimbursement for your specific insurance plan. We also are able to accept HSA and FSA for payment.
